• Tax compliance: Tax Clearance PIN (SARS) or equivalent; VAT considerations for contracts above thresholds as specified.
• Financial/administrative: up-to-date municipal accounts for the bidder and its directors; proof of business address if requested.
• Attendance: compulsory site/information meetings if specified in SCC.
• Compliance framework: adherence to GCC/SCC, prequalification of standards, and PPPFA evaluation criteria.
