T 2026/069: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: ACTUARIAL VALUATION FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 30 NOVEMBER 2028

Overview

Actuarial valuation services for the CWDM's post-employment and employee benefits (GRAP 25) for the period ending 30 November 2028. Bidders should be actuarial consultancies with GRAP 25 valuation experience and capacity to deliver the required reports and deliverables.

Requirements

• Actuarial qualifications and registration with a recognized professional body; demonstrated GRAP 25 valuation experience.
• Ability to deliver GRAP 25‑compliant valuations and deliverables for CWDM.
• Registration on CWDM Supplier Database and Central Supplier Database before closing date.
• Attendance at compulsory site/information meetings (if scheduled).
• Bid validity of 180 days.
• Compliance with CWDM SCM policies and GRAP 25; Tax clearance (SARS PIN); B-BBEE verification.
