T 2027/004: ADVERTISING SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2030

Overview

Advertising services for the period ending 30 June 2030. Tenders are invited from experienced service providers to render CWDM advertising services (media planning, creative production, campaign management and related activities). Bidders must be registered/accredited on the CWDM Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database (CSD); site/information meetings are compulsory. Submit in accordance with CWDM SCM policies and the general contracting conditions; bid validity is 180 days.

Requirements

• Registered on CWDM Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database; keep details up to date (annual refresh).
• Attend compulsory site/information meetings (all partners in a JV must attend).
• Complete tender documents in BLACK ink; no Tippex corrections; ensure the complete original is returned.
• Provide a signatory authorisation (board Resolution) attached with the bid.
• Submit B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (SANAS-verified or IRBA for audits, or sworn affidavit if EME/QSE); consolidated certificate for JV.
• Provide Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS); ensure tax matters are in order; 1 PIN per bidder or per JV member.
• Adhere to CWDM SCM policies and general conditions; document set includes MBD forms and pricing schedules; bid validity 180 days.
