T 2027/007: PROVISION OF PEST DISINFESTATION AND RODENT CONTROL SERVICES AT VARIOUS OFFICE BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES OF THE CAPE WINELANDS DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2030

Overview

Provision of pest disinfestation and rodent control services at the Cape Winelands District Municipality’s office buildings and facilities for the period ending 30 June 2030. Open tender targeting pest control service providers with capability to operate across multiple municipal buildings.

Requirements

• Registration on CWDM Supplier Database and Central Supplier Database before closing.
• SARS Tax Clearance (Tax Pin) and VAT considerations if contract value exceeds R2.3 million; ensure tax matters are in order.
• Up‑to‑date municipal accounts for bidder and directors; proof of premises/address suitable for local work; clear terms on rates where applicable.
• B‑BBEE compliance: valid certificate or affidavit for EMEs/QSEs; consolidated certificate for JV; cross‑reference for multiple bids.
• Completion and authentication: official tender form in BLACK ink, no TIPPEX corrections; authorised signatory with board/resolution attached.
• Site/Information meetings: compulsory attendance; all partners in a joint venture must attend.
• Documentation and evaluation: submit required MBD forms (1, 4B, 5, 6.1, 7.1/7.2, 8, 9) and COMPULSORY DOCUMENTATION / CHECKLIST; adhere to GCC/SCC and PPPFA rules; evaluation based on compliance, value for money, capability, and PPPFA.
