Overview

Dikgatlong Local Municipality invites tenders for the appointment of a panel of professional service providers to provide town planning services for a period of three years. This is for tender T09/2025/26. Professionals in town planning, urban planning, or planning consultancies with relevant municipal experience should consider bidding.

Requirements

• 80/20 Preferential Point System
• Document fee: R550 (non-refundable) payable at the municipality
• Proof of payment: municipal account bearing the tenderer's entity name, not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 3 months
• Bids must be submitted on the bid documentation provided by the municipality; no telephonic, facsimile, email or late bids
• Bid validity: 90 days after the closing date
• There will be no briefing session
• The Municipality reserves the right not to accept the lowest bid or to award to the bid with the highest points
• Tender documents available 15 May 2026 to 18 June 2026; closing date 19 June 2026; payment of the document fee is required to obtain documents

• Obtain tender documents at Dikgatlong Local Municipality Offices, 33 Campbell Street, Barkly West, 08:00–15:00, 15 May–18 June 2026; pay R550 (non-refundable) (tenders)

• Complete documents in black ink and place in sealed envelope in Tender Box at main reception by 12:00 on 19 June 2026

• Submit only on municipality-provided bid documents

• Include proof of payment as described

• Bids must be valid for 90 days; no telephonic/facsimile/email/late bids
