Overview

Procurement of Tactical Response Security Services for the Graskop area (Blyde, Morgenzone & Wilgeboom) for four months, to be performed by a licensed security service provider. SAFCOL invites security providers with forestry/Lowveld footprint, 24/7 response capability, PSIRA-registered personnel, and proven assets (4x4 vehicles, tracking, branding) to bid.

Requirements

• Complete and submit the RFQ on company letterhead; responses to be emailed to the specified address.
• Submit SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit; provide CSD status.
• Latest SARS Tax Clearance; proof of tax compliance.
• PSIRA registration and good standing for company and directors; valid PSIRA IDs.
• CIPC/company registration documents and IDs of directors.
• Confirm availability of a control room and provide NEC4 TSSC4 sign-off (as attached).
• Vehicle and equipment readiness: 4x4, branded vehicles, tracking system, communications; proof via ENatis, vehicle photos, and tracker proof.
• Provide proof of at least 5 years forestry/Lowveld tactical experience with references.
• Compliance with SHEQ, legal, and labour statutory requirements; adherence to POPIA, OHSA, BCEA, LRA, etc.
• Accept NEC4 terms and sign the Schedule of Deviations if any.
• Returnable documents include BBBEE, CSD, tax clearance, IDs, and PSIRA letters.
