Overview

This RFQ is for appointing a service provider to conduct a Two-Day Due Diligence Training for Fifteen (15) people at TASEZ Premises. The provider must design and deliver a practical programme covering legal, financial, governance, regulatory, and reputational due diligence, train on onboarding investors/tenants, supply all training materials and templates, run knowledge assessments, and issue certificates.

Requirements

• Accredited training provider with valid SETA/QCTO or equivalent accreditation and a facilitator with verified accreditation; supply facilitator CVs.
• Demonstrated experience with similar due diligence training; provide multiple reference letters (Table 4 criteria).
• Mandatory documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; CSD registration; Tax Pin; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CIPC documents.
• Deliverables and methodology: design a tailored programme, provide manuals, templates, assessments, and a final report with recommendations.
• Local content considerations where applicable; complete Local Content Declaration templates (Annex C–E) if required (SATS 1286:2011).

• Submission method: online/electronic, using official forms; bidders must be registered on CSD and comply with tax requirements.
