TBH 515/2026: AN OPEN BID FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WASTE COMPACTING UNIT AND RENDING OF A WASTE COMPACTING AND REMOVAL SERVICE AT TYGERBERG HOSPITAL FOR A THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD.

Overview

An open bid to install a waste compacting unit and render a waste compacting and removal service at Tygerberg Hospital for a three-year period. Bidders should be capable of hospital-grade waste compacting and ongoing removal services, with pricing structured in the attached pricing schedule (TBH515-2026 WASTE COMPACTING EXCEL.xlsx).

Requirements

• Complete and submit the attached BID DOCUMENT-TBH 515 2026 WASTE COMPACTING UNIT.pdf by 30 October 2026 11:00.
• Attend the mandatory briefing on 14 October 2026 at Tygerberg Hospital, Entrance 1 Admin Building, West side (Briefing address: Francie van Zijl Drive, Parow, Cape Town, 7500).
• Provide pricing per TBH515-2026 WASTE COMPACTING EXCEL.xlsx for Year 1–3, including rental of the compactor and disposal per pick-up, with VAT and delivery included.
