Overview

Procurement of in-house technical report writing services for engineers and technical professionals, including engineering reports, calculations, audit/regulatory-quality reports, technical presentations and stakeholder communications. Necsa invites quotations from service providers with engineering/technical writing capability and applicable quality/compliance credentials for the RFQ NECSA-2026-0002.

Requirements

• ISO 9001:2015 accreditation (or OEM letter listing local supplier as authorised service agent).
• Letter referencing after-sales service and maintenance; service workshop; stock of critical spares (where applicable).
• Deliverable lead-time: deliverables expected within defined timeframes; reference in the bid.
• Deliverables demonstrate suitability to user requirements; include technical data sheets or equivalent.
• Required documentation: Tax Clearance Certificate, Declaration of Interest (SBD 4), B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit, COID Good Standing if applicable, and any other documents requested.
• Compliance with Necsa General Conditions of Purchase and PPPFA 2022 guidelines.
