• Must meet mandatory conditions in tender documents
• Not in the service of the State, Provincial Government or Municipality
• Price to include VAT and disbursements; tender evaluated on 80/20 with 60% functionality threshold; weights: Track record 50, Expertise 30, Accreditation 20

How to Apply

• Closing: 12:00 on 1 July 2026 (see Tender-54-2025-Re-Advertisement-Photocopier-Rental-Full-Advert.pdf)
• Submission: Tenders must be placed in the municipal tender box, Robert Sobukwe Building, in sealed envelopes clearly marked "54/2025 (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)" and opened publicly after closing
• Deposit and documents: Non-refundable deposit of R107.90 to obtain tender documents; payment details in the tender documents; provide proof of payment
• Required registrations/documents: Collect and submit evidence of CSD registration, original tax clearance or SARS pins, current municipal rates clearance, and BBBEE status level certificate
