Overview

Upgrading of Graaf-Reinet WWTW and related water-supply works (civil-engineering). The scope includes upgrading Graaf-Reinet WWTW and associated Erasmuskloof/Groot Rivier works. Open to bidders with CIDB 6ME/6GB or higher; must be CSD-registered accredited service providers; demonstrate EPWP competence through experience or JV partner; and appoint a single point of accountability: Construction Manager registered with SACPCMP or an engineer registered with ECSA (Pr. Eng./Pr. Tech Eng./Pr. Techni. Eng).

Requirements

• CIDB grading 6ME or 6GB or higher (5ME/5GB or lower not accepted)
• CSD registration as accredited service providers (registration before submission)
• Demonstrated Extended Public Works Programme (EPWP) competence (own experience or JV partner)
• Single point of accountability: SACPCMP Pr. CM or ECSA Pr Eng./Pr Tech Eng./Pr Techni Eng
• B-BBEE preferences under PPPFA 2022; minimum thresholds and local procurement rules
• Mandatory documents: Tax Clearance/Status Pin; B-BBEE certificate or affidavit; Audited FS for tenders > R10m; CIDB; CSD; certified Directors; MBD forms 1,2,4,5,6.1,6.2,8,9; company registration; municipal rates/lease; Fronting certificate
