Requirements

• CSD registration or Supply CSD number
• Tax Compliance status PIN
• VAT registration if applicable (services > R2.3m from 1 April 2026)
• Certified CK document and CP documentation; certified copies of IDs for directors
• Completed Tender Document and MBDs
• Billing Clearance Certificate from local municipality or lease agreement; if debt clearance is used, attach rates statement
• VAT registration proof if applicable
