Overview

• POPIA addendum obligations apply (data privacy arrangements).
• Availability of funds: Equitable Share; 12-month term; bid remains valid for 90 days.
• Stage 1 functionality threshold: minimum 70% to proceed to price evaluation; Stage 2 uses price and MHLM-specific goals (HDI, Youth, Women, Disability, Rural Enterprise).
