Procurement of a Panel of Professional Service Providers (Civil, Building & Social Facilitation) for a period of three years to Kumkani Mhlontlo Local Municipality. The panel covers a Multi-Discipline Built Environment scope (feas feasibility studies, EIAs, technical/business reports, preliminary and detailed designs, tender and contract documentation, and project management across civil, building, environmental services and social facilitation). Funding via MIG and MDRG. Evaluation prioritizes functionality (expertise, leadership, company experience) with 80/20 or 90/10 preference points. Requirements

• Entity registration documents and detailed company profile; key team members registered with ECSA/SACQSP/SACAP; one senior staff with NQF Level 7 CETA LIC; certified ID copies; tax clearance PIN and reference numbers; BBBEE certificate or affidavit; original tender document; JV agreement if applicable; CSD registration or proof; bid validity 90 days; MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9); local content declaration SATS 1286.
• Evidence of professional registrations and relevant experience; minimum two professionals with >10 years post-registration in each discipline; insurance requirements (Professional Indemnity and Public Liability).
• Local content compliance per SATS 1286; designations and thresholds to be declared; penalties for non-compliance.
• Compliance with GCC, PPPFA 2011 and related SCM regulations. (see attached documents for specifics)
