Overview

Provision of security services for Qumbu for a contract of one year. Kumkani Mhlontlo Local Municipality seeks PSIRA-registered providers to cover 14 sites with about 55 guards (31 armed, 24 unarmed) for guarding, armed response, VIP protection, crowd control and related services. Bidders must be PSIRA-registered and show proof of relevant contracts, COID or labor clearance, tax pin, CSD, SARS registration, BBBEE documentation, and JV agreements where applicable.

Requirements

• PSIRA registration and valid public liability/insurance
• Control room facility and 24-hour monitoring/response
• Appointment of a manager and supervisor
• Provision of multi-disciplinary security, access control, patrols and risk management
• Monthly security position and incident reporting
• Compliance with gun-free zone policy and site-specific deployments
