Overview

This tender seeks the supply and delivery of agricultural inputs for 100 hectares (maize seed, fertilizer, lime/lan, herbicide, insecticide, fungicide) to Kumkani Mhlontlo Local Municipality. • Evidence of transport/logistics capability (own vehicle or lease for delivery)
• Compliance with POPIA-related addendum where applicable (POPIA obligations)

• Evaluation: Stage 1 functionality (max 70 points) with criteria such as experience, availability of funds, delivery ability, and methodology; Stage 2 price and specific goals (total 100 points; 80 for price, 20 for specific goals). Bids scoring <70 on Stage 1 are not considered for price evaluation (80/20 or 90/10 preference system may apply as per policy)
