Overview

KNH is procuring the supply and delivery of ICT devices—tablets, computers on wheels, and biometrics—for Kenyatta National Hospital; eligible bidders with ICT device supply expertise and Kenyan registration should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications per ITT 4 (including JV option, non-debarment, no conflicts of interest, and suitability to contract).
• Anti-corruption and competition: complete Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no fraud or collusion; comply with PPRA provisions.
• Local content: if bidding from abroad, meet 40% local inputs (evidence required).
• Tax compliance: provide valid tax clearance or exemption certificate.
• Tender security or tender securing declaration as specified in the Tender Data Sheet; ensure validity for the tender period.
• Conformity and eligibility documentation: provide Form of Tender, Activity Schedule, Joint Venture documents if applicable, and evidence of qualifications and eligibility (Section IV).
