Overview

• Procurement of travel and accommodation arrangement services for Greater Kokstad Municipality for a 36-month period, to manage travel for councillors, staff and associates. This open tender targets a Travel Management Company (TMC) with IATA and ASATA registration, CSD and SARS compliance, and mandatory bid documentation to deliver end-to-end travel management (air, accommodation, car rental, conferences) with a choice of pricing models.

Requirements

• Price must be firm and inclusive of VAT.
• CSD report (not older than 3 months) or CSD number for verification.
• Proof that company and directors do not owe rates/taxes for more than 90 days.
• SARS Tax Pin and tax clearance status.
• Completed and signed MBD 1, 4, 8 and 9; Municipal Bidding Documents; proof of IATA registration.
• Proof of IATA registration; CSD registration; proof director rates clearance.
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing (02 Oct 2026); non-attendance may disqualify.
• Pricing Schedule (Annexure A3) and compliance with MBD forms.
• Evidence of ownership/RDP-specific goals for preferential procurement.
