Procurement of a 3-year framework contract with five road maintenance contractors to carry out roads maintenance works for Ntabankulu Local Municipality. Requirements

• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN/TCS or approved arrangements; CSD registration; separate TCS for consortium partners; Tax Clearance Certificate for each party where applicable.
• Additional compliance: Site visit/clarification meeting attendance (compulsory); Occupational Health and Safety Plan; COIDA good standing; Bargaining Council where applicable; municipal rates clearance; Declaration of enterprise questionnaire; CIDB and other certificates as specified (SCM, defaulter checks).
