Overview

Tenders are invited for three related procurements: (1) leasing of ward councillor office space/accommodation in Gqeberha (Ward 12, 39, 48 & 54); (2) leasing of office space/accommodation, archives and parking for a Customer Care Centre in Walmer; and (3) design, layout and placement of advertisements, social media buying and media monitoring. Bidders should have commercial property leasing/management capabilities or advertising/media monitoring capabilities and must be registered on the NMBM supplier database. A tender fee of R608.89 applies per tender, with a 90-day validity period.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality supplier database.
• Bids must be submitted on the official stamped bid documentation; do not retype or copy.
• Tender fee of R608.89 per tender; proof of payment required (payment methods specified in the notice).
• Clarification/briefing session is non-compulsory; attendance is recommended (see notice) and late arrivals may be excluded from entry (see Advert 05-08-2026.pdf).
• Bids close 10 September 2026 at 11:00; late bids will not be accepted.
• All bids will be opened publicly after 11:00 on the closing date, in the designated SCM offices.
• Preference for previously disadvantaged small and medium contractors is outlined in the SCM policy.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 10 September 2026 at 11:00 (see notice).
• Submission method: sealed envelopes placed in the tender boxes at Harrower Road North End or 17 Sellick Street, Kariega, between 08:00 and 16:00 on weekdays.
• Documents to submit: official bid documentation (on official forms); proof of tender fee payment.
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: must be on the NMBM supplier database (see notice).
