Overview

Procurement of professional services to monitor the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Instrument Landing System (ILS) replacements at CTIA, CDSIA and GRJ for 24 months. Suitable bidders are engineering consultancies with NEC3 Professional Services Contract (PSC) experience, navigational aids/airside infrastructure expertise, and capability to supply the required core team (Lead Project Engineer, Lead Civil/Structural Engineer, Lead Electrical/Electronic Engineer). Compliance with tax and supplier registrations is required.

Requirements

• Fully completed and signed forms (C1.1) and acceptance of NEC3 PSC terms.
• Attendance at the Compulsory Briefing Session and CTIA site visit (George and CDSIA visits optional).
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (or CSD number if no TCS), and CSD registration where applicable.
• Central Supplier Database registration; valid COIDA certificate; suitable insurance (per Annex).
• Professional registration with relevant Councils (CBE).
• Evidence of experience via Form A7/A11 with contactable client references.
• Availability of the minimum professional team: Lead Project Engineer, Lead Civil/Structural Engineer, Lead Electrical/Electronic Engineer.
• Pricing must follow the NEC3 PSC Pricing Data; 120-business-days validity.
