Overview

Procurement of a service provider to design and implement the second phase of the Delmas landfill development for 36 months. Suitable bidders are consultancy/engineering firms registered to provide landfill-related services, with confirmed project staffing (lead engineer, resident engineer, site supervisor, geotechnical engineer) and proven landfill project experience. Requirements

• Qualified, professionally registered consultancy; must provide details of key personnel and sub-consultants.
• Evidence of landfill project experience (lead engineer, resident engineer, site supervisor, geotechnical engineer) with appointment letters and reference letters (minimum packages detailed in the tender).
• Complete and submit all returnable documents and forms (Schedule 1–8) and MBD 2, MBD 4, MBD 5, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1/7.2, MBD 8, MBD 9; CSD status and SARS tax clearance.
• Latest municipal accounts for the business and all directors (not older than 3 months); accounts not in arrears >90 days.
• Proof of business and director addresses; if different from CIPC address, provide leases, affidavits, or stamped proofs.
• Commitment to the evaluation criteria: minimum 90 functionality points to progress to price/targeted-goals scoring (80/20, price vs targeted goals).
