Tender for Principal Engineer to determine requirements and specifications for vaccine facility to achieve Good Manufacturing Practice certification. This procurement seeks a qualified engineering consultant (architectural/engineering, GMP compliance, process design, HVAC/clean utilities, electrical/instrumentation, and project management) to assess OBP’s vaccine plant, create a from-scratch GMP design, support procurement and construction, and provide commissioning sign-off. The engagement covers assessment, concept and detailed design, on-site construction supervision, and QA/Qualification deliverables for a GMP upgrade of the OBP facility.
