Overview

Procurement of construction works for repair of the perimeter wall at the Central Bank of Kenya, Nyeri Centre, reserved for AGPO-PWD. The bidder pool is AGPO-PWD registered firms (possibly via JV). It is an Open National Tender, explicitly reserved for AGPO-PWD (see attached tender document).

Requirements

• Submission requirements: Prices in Kenyan Shillings; validity period as stated in the TDS; adherence to sealed-envelope submission; non-electronic submission; site/clarification rights as per ITT.

• Submit a sealed bid in one ORIGINAL plus COPIES, in envelopes marked with the tender reference CBK/049/2026-2027, deposited in the Brown Box at Nyeri Centre by 5 November 2026 at 10:30 A.M. (electronic submissions not permitted) (see document: TENDER FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION FOR REPAIR OF THE PERIMETER WALL...NYERI).
• Include: Form of Tender, priced Bill of Quantities, Tender Security or Declaration, Joint Venture documents (if any), and evidence of eligibility (tax clearance, NCA registration, etc.).
• Pre-tender meeting/site-visit details, if applicable, will be in the TDS; attendance may be optional.
• Closing and opening: Tenders opened publicly after the deadline in Nyeri Centre; minutes recorded (see ITT sections in the attached tender).
