• Documents to submit include: Form of Tender, priced Bill of Quantities, Tender Security or Tender Securing Declaration, Joint Venture Agreement (or LOI to execute), qualifications evidence, and technical proposal.
• Tender validity: 210 days from opening date.
• Clarifications: in writing by the deadline stated in the Tender Data Sheet; addenda may be issued.
