Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance with public procurement rules; anti-corruption declarations required; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Tender security of 280,000 KSh; tender valid as specified in the TDS.
• Foreign bidders: must source at least 40% of inputs locally; JV rules apply (joint liability, representative).
• Tax compliance certificate required; no involvement of public officers; conflict-of-interest restrictions.
• Tender documents: Form of Tender, Activity Schedule, Tender Security, qualifications, and JV agreements if applicable; conformity with the tendering document.
• Language: English; currency: Kenyan Shillings; site visit and pre-tender clarifications as per ITT.
