Overview

This tender is for the provision of comprehensive maintenance for airflow and mechanical ventilation systems at the Central Bank of Kenya, Head Office, Nairobi, for a period of three years. It is an Open/National Open Tender open to qualified bidders with HVAC maintenance and facilities-management capability.

Requirements

• Tender security: KSh 50,000, valid for 170 days from tender opening (TENDER DOC).
• Currency and pricing: prices in Kenya Shillings; validity period specified in the TDS (per ITT 5, 16.6, 20).
• Mandatory documents: Form of Tender, Confidential Business Questionnaire, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination, Self-Declaration, Code of Ethics, Fraud & Corruption Appendix, and JV documents if applicable (Section IV).
• Eligibility and qualifications: must not be debarred; tax compliance proof; avoid conflicts of interest; foreign tenderers must meet local-content requirements (40% Kenyan inputs) as applicable (Section III/ITT 4, 19, 4.10, 4.11).
• Compliance: adherence to Public Procurement rules, anti-corruption declarations, and ability to be audited if required (Section I).
