Overview

Provision of comprehensive maintenance services of close control air conditioning systems at the Central Bank of Kenya Head Office Data Centre for a period of three years. This is an Open National Tender; suitable for facilities management firms with CCAC/data-centre HVAC maintenance expertise and the ability to meet Kenyan public-procurement rules (including local-content and tax compliance).

Requirements

• Tender Security: Kshs 50,000, valid for 170 days from tender opening.
• Currency: Kenya Shillings.
• Tender validity: 140 days from closing date.
• Eligibility and compliance: compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015, anti-corruption declarations, non-debarment, and related ethics requirements.
• Foreign bidders: must demonstrate at least 40% local inputs (supplies, subcontracts, and labor). Evidence to be provided in the Evaluation criteria.
• Qualifications: complete Section IV tendering forms and prove ability to perform per Section III; JV rules apply if forming a joint venture; tax-compliance proof for Kenyan tenderers.
