Overview

Tender for supply and delivery of ICT hardware, software & communication equipment for the County Government of Nakuru. Open National tender; suitable for bidders with ICT hardware, software licensing and communications equipment capabilities to design, supply and install a complete ICT system.

Requirements

• Open to all bidders and compliant with Kenyan public procurement rules.
• Tender security: Kenya Shillings 20,000 in acceptable form (bank guarantee, insurance guarantee, etc.).
• Tender must include: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, evidence of eligibility and conformity of the Information System, and Joint Venture documentation if applicable.
• Tax compliance: evidence of tax obligations (tax compliance certificate).
• Serialise all tender pages in numerical order; submit in sealed envelopes (Original and Copies) or electronically as allowed.
• Documentation establishing eligibility and qualifications, and conformity of the Information System to tender requirements.

• Closing date/time: 3 November 2026 at 10:00 (late tenders will be rejected). Electronic submission permitted; hard copies must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Tender Box at Moi Road, County Government Headquarters, Nakuru.
• Submit separate envelopes for ORIGINAL and COPIES; include any applicable Alternative Tender envelopes if allowed.
