Overview

Supply & delivery of general stationery and printed material under a framework agreement for three years (Reserved for Special Group). Kenya Railways invites bids for this framework, with at least seven suppliers, allowing tendering for one or more lots.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligible Tenderers (may bid as an individual, private entity, state-owned entity, or JV; JV must appoint a representative; no public officers involved; no conflicts of interest).
• Eligibility of goods and conformity: provide origin declarations, evidence of conformity to technical specs, and, if required, Manufacturer’s Authorization.
• Tax/compliance: current tax clearance certificate; absence of debarment by PPRA; applicable registrations as defined in the TDS.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration (valid for the period specified in the TDS).
