• On-site safety: PPE and site access requirements (reflective jacket, ID, etc.).
• Contract is NEC3 ECC3, Option B (priced contract with BOQ); price fixed for the contract duration; no price adjustments.
• Stage-based evaluation culminating in a post-tender negotiation phase; security vetting applies.
