Overview

The Overberg District Municipality Fire Department seeks a service provider to assist with the repair and maintenance of emergency services specialist fleet for the period extending 1 October 2026 to 30 June 2029. Bidders with emergency fleet maintenance experience, workshop capability, and ability to operate under ODM’s SCM policy (including SARS Tax Compliance PIN) should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance status PIN (SARS)
• Compliance with Overberg District Municipality’s Municipal SCM Policy
• Ability to repair and maintain emergency services specialist fleet
• Submit tenders on prescribed official documents; no fax or email submissions after closing
• Pay non-refundable tender fee of R300 electronically (reference: company name + tender number)
• Compliance with POPIA and consent to processing personal information
