• Pre-qualification and submission platform: bidders must be registered on the SAP Ariba e-tender portal
• Submission format: bid submitted electronically via SAP Ariba and a supplementary hard copy submitted in person
• Hard copy requirement: the hard copy must be an exact copy of the electronic submission and deposited in the Tshwane tender box before closing
