Overview

Requirements

• CIDB eligibility: 6SK or higher, or joint venture with lead partner meeting 6SK+ and combined rating meeting the requirement.
• Registrations and tax: CBD/Tax compliance per SARS (TCS PIN); where applicable, separate TCS/CSD for JV members; CSD number if no TCS.
• Documentation and format: one tender offer (original) + one copy + electronic copy; completed on issued forms; include all returnable documents.
• Evaluation criteria: Stage 1 mandatory admin; Stage 2 functionality (min 80/100); Stage 4 price (80/20) with BBBEE and other specific goals scoring up to 20 points.
• Briefing and site: compulsory clarification meeting; sign attendance; site/site info in Part C3.
• Additional: bid validity 12 weeks; adhere to CIDB/SARs rules; contract data and schedule of deviations form part of the contract.
• Insurance and risk: follow contract data; comply with OHS and safety requirements.
