Procurement of a service provider to manage the Rosemoor Home for the Aged for a period of three years. The George Municipality seeks an NGO/NPO or other eligible entity with proven elder-care facility management experience to run day-to-day operations at Rosemoor ( Erf 8615, Attakwa Street, Rosemoor, George ). The scope includes administration, resident support, meals, social programmes, admissions, house rules and reporting, with on-site staffing (administration, social worker, nurse, driver) and coordination with the Old Age Centre and council policies. Proposals must demonstrate capability in financial management, reporting, staff management, meals provision, transport, and adherence to care, safety and governance requirements.
