Overview

Tender for the proposed Acquisition of Firewall Licenses for Data Centre in Biashara Ward, Nakuru East Sub County. The County Government of Nakuru invites open national bids from ICT vendors to supply firewall licenses and related installation, configuration, support and maintenance for the County Data Centre. Open to all bidders meeting procurement rules; electronic submission is accepted (plus hard copies where required).

Requirements

• Open to all bidders; compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015; non-debarment.
• Tender security of KSh 20,000 (bank guarantee or equivalent).
• Complete Tender in accordance with Section IV (Form of Tender, Price Schedules) and provide JV agreement if a JV is used.
• Tax compliance certificate (KRA) and conformity to eligibility/qualification criteria.
• Country of origin declarations and evidence of Information System eligibility; confirm conformity to tender documents.
• Serialize all tender pages; price schedules must reflect all items; tender validity of 210 days.
• Submissions must include required documentation for eligibility and conformity of the Information System, including any subcontracts if applicable.
