• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, priced Bill of Quantities, Tender Security or Securing Declaration, JV agreement if applicable, authorization to sign, qualifications evidence, technical proposal; any other documents per the Tender Data Sheet (Section IV).
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: NCA Registration; tax clearance; PPRA debarment check as applicable; confirm nationality and ownership details if needed.
