How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 19 October 2026 at 10:00 AM (TDS; document references). Late tenders will be rejected.
• Submission method: both hard copies and soft copies; soft copies via the supplier portal; hard copies to the tender box at Moi Road, Nakuru County HQ (see Invitation). Documents must be serialized and labeled with tender number/description.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Schedules including priced BoQ, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, JV documents if any, qualifications, technical proposal, and any other documents listed in the TDS.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: National Construction Authority Registration; valid tax clearance; foreign bidders’ local content requirements; avoid conflicts of interest.
