Overview

Procurement of the construction and fencing works for the Solai Ward Aggregation Centre in Solai Ward, Rongai Sub-County. This is an Open National tender reserved for women; bidders should have relevant civil works and fencing experience, and meet standard Kenyan public-procurement eligibility requirements (JV allowed, no conflicts of interest, etc.). Requirements

• Tender is reserved for women; eligibility per ITT 3 (including JV rules, no public-officer conflicts, debarment checks).
• Foreign bidders: must source 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; NCA registration required before contract award; tax clearance required.
• Tender security or Tender-Securing Declaration required; submission must include Form of Tender, Joint Venture agreement if applicable, and qualification documents.
• Currency in Kenyan Shillings; bids valid for the stated Tender Validity period (210 days as per document).
• Technical proposal and priced Bill of Quantities must be submitted; documents must be serialized and signed per ITT requirements.

• Submit sealed bids in hard copy and soft copy (electronic submission permitted) by the deadline: 19 October 2026 at 10:00 AM.
• Deliver/submit to: Tender box at Moi Road, County Government Headquarters Ground Floor Entrance, or via the supplier portal as applicable. Tenders opened publicly after the deadline.
• Include: Form of Tender, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, Joint Venture Agreement if applicable, tax clearance, and all required qualification documents.
