Requirements

• Reserved for Women; compliance with public-procurement integrity rules (anti-corruption declarations, independent tender determination).
• Eligibility controls: no debarment; fair competition; conflict-of-interest disclosure.
• JV rules: if a joint venture is used, all members are jointly liable; maximum number of JV members as per TDS.
• Local content: 40% of inputs from Kenyan sources for foreign tenderers; provide evidence.
• National Construction Authority registration required before contract signature.
• Tax compliance: valid tax clearance certificate.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration required.
