• Not debarred; comply with PPRA/listed exclusions.
• Foreign bidders: source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers/subcontractors.
• Joint ventures allowed; all members jointly liable; JV requires representative; proper JV agreement or letter of intent.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration as specified in the Tender Documents.

How to Apply

• Prepare a fully serialized tender document (pages 1,2,3… in order) and complete all forms in Section IV; include Joint Venture agreements if applicable.
• Submit bids in both hard copy (sealed envelope) and soft copy (electronic through supplier portal) by 19 October 2026, 10:00 AM. Late tenders are rejected.
• Physical submission: Tender box at Moi Road, County Government Headquarters Ground Floor; address for hand/courier delivery provided in the tender. Electronic submission: as permitted by the tender data sheet.
• Tender documents to include: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security or Declaration, qualifications, technical proposal, and any other documents required (as per ITT 13).
