• Submit via electronic submission (soft copy to supplier portal) and physical delivery to the Tender Box at Nakuru Headquarters; envelope must indicate tender number and description.
• Submit by 28 October 2026, with times shown as 08:00 (metadata) and 10:00 (advert); late tenders are rejected.
