Tender for the proposed Purchase of Arahuka Playfield Land

Overview

Procurement of the sale of immovable property: Arahuka Playfield Land (Nakuru County). Open to all qualified bidders who can prove ownership of the offered property and who comply with public procurement rules.

Requirements

• Tenderer must own the offered property and provide title/registration evidence.
• Tenderers must not be Public Officers or have disqualifying conflicts of interest; no improper influence.
• A valid tax clearance certificate (KRA) or exemption is required; comply with domestic tax obligations.
• Not be debarred from public procurement; comply with anti-corruption provisions and PPRA rules.

How to Apply

• Deadline: completed tenders must be received by 6 November 2026, around 10:00 East Africa Time; telegraphed deadlines may be extended by addendum.
• Submission method: electronic submission via supplier portal and hard copies delivered to the Tender Box; also post as required. Tenders opened publicly at the County Chambers.
• Documents to complete/submit: Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security (if required by TDS), qualifications and ownership documents, evidence of ownership, and tax compliance documents.
