• Submission deadline: 3 November 2026 at 10:00 AM (local time) with electronic submission allowed; hard copies also required in a sealed envelope/tender box (see Invitation to Tender PDFs).
• Submission method: both electronic (supplier portal) and hard copies to the Tender Box at County HQ, Moi Road, Nakuru.
• Documents to submit (as per ITT 13.1): Form of Tender, priced Schedule/Bill of Quantities, Tender Security or Securing Declaration, JV documents if applicable, authorization, qualifications evidence, conformity: technical proposal, and any other documents in the TDS.
• Post-submission: tenders opened publicly; standby for Clarifications via written responses; expect a standstill period after award.
