Requirements

• Open to all bidders; comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; no debarment; obligation to sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Tender security of Kshs 30,000 in cash, bank guarantee, or approved insurer/financial institution guarantee.
• Provide valid tax clearance certificate.
• Demonstrate eligibility and conformity of plant and installation services (origin declarations; details of proposed subcontractors for major items).
• Foreign bidders must meet 40% local content of contract inputs (supplies, subcontracts, labor).
• For Joint Ventures, if applicable, submit Joint Venture Agreement or Form of Intent and ensure firm(s) can be jointly and severally liable.

How to Apply

• Deadline: Closing date per the invitation is 6 October 2026 at 10:00; metadata shows 8 October 2026 08:00 (verify latest notice).
• Submission: Deliver both hard copies (sealed envelope, clearly marking tender number/description) to the Tender Box at Moi Road, Nakuru, and submit soft copies via the supplier portal; tenders may also be posted to the County Secretary.
