Overview

Procurement of the supply, installation and commissioning of 3 No 13M LED Highmast Floodlights at four locations in Kihingo Ward, Njoro Sub-County, Nakuru. This open national tender is reserved for women-owned bidders. Eligible contractors should be capable in electrical/lighting infrastructure, including supply, installation and commissioning of highmast floodlights. Requirements

• Reserved for women; comply with open tender rules and anti-corruption/independence declarations.
• Eligibility: not debarred; comply with JV rules if applicable; avoid conflicts of interest.
• Local content: foreign bidders must source 40% of inputs locally; provide evidence.
• Registrations: National Construction Authority registration required before contract award; valid tax clearance from KRA.
• Performance-related: tender security or tender- securing declaration; post-award performance/security as applicable.
