Procurement of the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4 no 13m LED highmast floodlights at Rajuera dispensary, Kasarani market and Nafaka area in Visoi Ward Rongai Sub County. Open National Tender, reserved for PWD for some lots, suitable for electrical contractors/lighting specialists with relevant high-mast experience and licensing.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; include a signed Certificate of Independent Tender Determination and corruption declarations.
• Eligibility, conflicts of interest, and avoidance of collusion; JV rules (joint venture must nominate a representative; maximum members as per TDS).
• Pre-qualification/licensing: National Construction Authority registration before contract award; tax clearance; and compliance with Kenya’s registration and competition requirements (where applicable).
• Local content: foreign bidders must show at least 40% local inputs; nationality determined by incorporation/ownership.
• Tender security: Tender-Securing Declaration or a Tender Security as specified; validity aligned with tender period.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, technical proposal, JV agreements if any, and any other documents required in the TDS.
