Requirements

• Tender is reserved for Youth; eligibility and compliance required.

• Must have or be able to obtain National Construction Authority (NCA) registration before contract award.
• Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs locally; provide evidence.

• If a joint venture, JV agreement or letter of intent must be submitted; joint and several liability applies.
