Supply, delivery and offloading of firefighting foam to the City of Tshwane, emergency services department, for three years on an as‑and‑when‑required basis. Bidders should have capability to supply firefighting foam products, logistics to deliver and offload to municipal depots, and operate in an SAP Ariba e‑procurement environment.

Requirements

• 80/20 preferential point system applies; bid typically valid for 90 days after closing.
• Mandatory briefing session on 6 October 2026 at 11:00 at Pieter Delport Centre, Arcadia (see Notice 3 of 2026/27 Website_.pdf).
• Submission: electronic via SAP Ariba; one supplementary hard copy to be deposited in the City tender box (hard copy only used if online submission fails).
• Documents/registrations: register on the SAP Ariba portal to download bid documents and respond; register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Period and scope: supply for a 3‑year term on an as‑and‑when‑required basis; capability to deliver and offload to City depots.
