Overview

The County Government of Nakuru invites bids for the supply, setup and equipping of a County Media Production Studio in Biashara Ward, Nakuru East Sub County. Requirements

• Open to all bidders; comply with relevant Kenyan public procurement laws; anti-corruption declarations and eligibility checks (Certificate of Independent Tender Determination, debarment status).
• Tender security of Ksh 20,000 in acceptable forms (bank guarantee, insurance guarantee, or cash).
• Submit a serialized tender package including Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, and any JV agreements if applicable.
• Provide evidence of eligibility and qualifications for the contract; tax compliance certificate; comply with environmental and other regulatory requirements.
• Include details on Information System eligibility and conformity, with references to Section V (Technical Requirements) and Section IV (Tendering Forms).
• If a Joint Venture is used, comply with JV rules and provide a representative with authority.

How to Apply
